Accessibility

KENZA Official is committed to accessibility, diversity, and inclusion. We believe all of our consumers and guests should be able to access our website, and we strive to provide a high-quality, user-friendly experience for everyone.

Our Approach

We are on a journey to make accessible and inclusive content and design part of everything we do at KENZA Official. Our goal is to build accessibility in from the start so that as many people as possible can use and enjoy our products and website.

  • Keyboard & Assistive Technology: Our site is built to be navigable using keyboard-only commands and is compatible with common assistive technologies (like screen readers).

  • Navigation Landmarks: We have added navigation landmarks to various pages to help screen reader users understand and move through content more quickly.

  • Visual Elements: We provide descriptive alt text for the majority of non-decorative images for users with visual impairments. Any on-site animations can typically be paused or stopped.

  • Media Accessibility: Wherever feasible, audio and video content includes a text-based alternative, such as captions and transcripts.

  • Responsiveness: All content scales consistently across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices, and pages are optimised for browser zoom functionality.

Our Commitment to WAG Standards

This site has been developed to comply with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WAG) Version 2.1 Level AA. We maintain the site under constant review to ensure continuous improvement in accessibility and usability.
